Partners met on the 10th of November, 2021, for the 2nd TPM of the project. 
They discussed the creation of the training strategies/ modules for the development of personal branding, as well as the creation of the personal badges.
They also confirmed that the Genie tool is under development, and brainstormed on the idea of including a Wheel of colours based on the users’ level classification for the Genie.
It was decided that the users should be provided with a profile and some recommendations after the initial assessment, according to their level of classification.
Lastly, the partnership separated tasks regarding dissemination activities, in order to expand the project’s network, as well as Quality assurance, and financial issues.
